LinkedIn posts on Work – #LifeatImproving

Packed day in yesterday.

Productive work, informative meetings, team lunch, March birthday celebration, and more!

This is what hashtag#lifeatimproving looks like in our Dallas Improving office.

As an IT services consulting firm, we work hard and we play hard.

We had our monthly townhall event yesterday and finished our annual movie night.

Several of us showed up at LOOK Cinemas to help prepare for the movie experience so that it was memorable for our families, friends, clients, and connections.

It is days like yesterday that make me happy to be an Improver. hashtag#Teamwork makes the dream work!

P.S. Any guesses on what movie we watched?

What does productivity look like?

Teamwork

Yesterday, we were focused on connecting with clients and our professional network. Keeping open communication lines is essential to having healthy, growing businesses.

My colleague, Laura Juberian, was in town supporting a quarterly meeting for one of our Improving clients. She jumped right into our morning outreach efforts.

This morning, I attended the monthly Success North Dallas event. Casey Hasten, CPC, ELI-MP invited Craig Duswalt to present. Craig did an outstanding job of delivering 4 key points with a rock-n-roll flair.

Thank you, Bill Wallace and Casey, for continuing to serve the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex business community!

I deeply enjoy supporting the tech community.

Last night, I hosted two meetups. Due to expected bad weather, one group cancelled the in-person attendance and pivoted to an online format.

The other group met in one of our Dallas Improving classrooms.

As I was preparing to leave, a few people from the cancelled group showed up. I decided to stay and we began to talk.

Before we wrapped, four people from the second meetup had shown up. We shared insights into what was and was not working in our coaching space.

A question I asked of the group as we wrapped up was this.

Are we, in the product development space, inviting hosts, encouraging people to join and grow in our professional community?
