Jeannie Lewis brought back the wonderful Marie Diaz to speak with the group about how our behavior influences our results.
In the meanwhile, I had a celebrity encounter. By that, I mean, an actual celebrity attended the event.

At times, I believed, a good career looked like a superhighway.
I tried to navigate several traffic lanes while not crashing into an obstacle that would delay my progress upward.
Over time, I discovered a better way to illustrate a career journey. For me, it is more like pathfinding than driving.
I have a flashlight, a compass, and an old, hardly readable map.
Sheryl Sandberg provides a great illustration as well in the quote below.
“Careers are a jungle gym, not a ladder.”
Another outstanding way to look at a career could be as a rock climbing wall.

My day just flew by today. Late post = productive work
I finally got my WFO set-up where I want it. I’m pleased to say the least.
Likewise, I enjoy having a semi-permanent spot in our Dallas Improving office. The goal was to make the hotelling arrangement flexible for both me and a colleague who may use the space when I’m working elsewhere.

I’ve been co-authoring Python scripts using AI to help solve a problem for my client. In less than a day, I was able to create three duplicate data comparison functions and associated outputs.
